EDUCATION & AWARENESS

Education mobilizes change. From the internal side, our team invests in training to deepen our understanding of DEI issues by attending workshops and regularly revisiting our DEI statement.

Advocacy

To further our impact on an external level, we recognize the power of using our platform for positive change by using our voice to speak on issues, amplifying underrepresented voices, and conversing about DEI.

Measurable Impact

We will regularly check and assess our progress in DEI within our team through implementing disciplinary measures and that donations made are determined by rigorous criteria to ensure alignment with our values.
